COVID-19 Prevention Policy

We take your safety seriously. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our COVID-19 Prevention Policy and what you should expect during your next visit.

SUBJECT TO CHANGE - TO BE REVIEWED & UPDATED REGULARLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOVERNMENT UPDATES

  • If you feel unwell (or anyone in your household has displayed symptoms of COVID-19) please do not enter the salon & contact us via phone / email / DM to rearrange your appointment. If you begin to feel unwell & you've visited us in the past 7-14 days, please also let us know.

  • Appointments must be pre-booked, no walk-ins permitted.

  • All customers must wear a mask at all times during your appointment. When you arrive at English Rose, you will be given a new, protective mask & charged £1 for this as part of your final bill. This is mandatory - we can only allow you entry when wearing one of our brand new, single-use masks to meet our government risk assessment criteria. This protects you, others around you and our team⁣; giving us peace of mind that we know everyone in our work space is fully protected with a brand new mask. Customers will not be permitted to wear your own masks.

  • As much as we love having you in the salon, please arrive on time (not early) & leave promptly once your treatment is complete. 

  • Please attend your appointment alone, unless you need assistance. Children will not be permitted in the salon during this time.

  • All staff will be wearing facial shields, gloves and PPE. Workspaces and equipment will be sanitised between appointments.

  • Customers are expected to sanitise their hands at our hygiene station(s) on your arrival & departure from the salon.

  • Customers will not be offered food or drink (unless medically required) and we ask that you do not bring your own. Please bring minimal possessions into the salon with you. No magazines, newspapers or other reading material will be provided during your visit; for hygiene reasons.

  • Our toilet facilities are open but should only be used if absolutely necessary - we ask that you follow the light clean checklist to ensure that they are left safe & clean for other customers.

  • We will be temperature checking all customers on arrival.

  • Social distancing must be observed at all times - please stay 1m away from others in the salon, keeping your mask on.

  • You'll be text or emailed a consultation form to fill in ahead of your appointment - all paperwork will be digital & is to be filled in in advance.

  • We're only able to accept card payments at the moment - no cash, sorry.
