How does English Rose use my information? - GDPR Policy
(General Data Protection Regulation)
As some of you may be aware as of the 25th May 2018 a new EU legislation called GDPR or GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION comes into effect. This effects everyone and every person, you as the consumer have rights to your data and what businesses do with it. To know how myself and the team use your data please click on the below button.
In order for us to continue your services at the salon smoothly we need you to check that the information we hold on file is accurate and that you are happy for us to keep it as soon as possible. Without this permission we are forced under the new legislation to delete your client record card and all associated personal data.
If we deleted your record card we would not be able to call or email you about appointments, check your favourite colour or last time you had your legs waxed. What's worse, we could not prove that you have had a patch test for LVL, Spray tanning, Lash extensions, Tinting etc... and this could delay future bookings with new patch tests and new record cards having to be completed and recorded.
Please help us to ensure we can continue pampering you and meeting your data protection needs.
