We regrettably do not accept returns or refunds on vouchers. All Gift Vouchers are valid for twelve months from the purchase date. During busy periods we may not be able to accomodate your desired appointment; so please do book in advance to avoid disapointment.

Postage is FREE on any purchase of £100 or more. If your purchase falls under £100 then delivery charges of £2.50 will be applied. All Gift Cards are posted out (where possible) the next working day - and always by First Class Post. Royal Mail provide a wonderful service... but please allow upto 5 days after the day of purchase for delivery.
